Flavor Profiles and Pairings

MIX IT UP

HEIRLOOM BOTTLING CO. SYRUPS AND SHRUBS CAN BE USED TO MAKE A NUMBER OF SOFT DRINKS AND COCKTAILS.

Here are a few simple ways to enjoy our products.

SOFT DRINK

  • 1 oz.* of Heirloom Bottling Co. syrup or shrub
  • 5 oz. of carbonated water
  • Ice
  • Garnish with a lemon wedge, lime wheel, and/or herb bouquet

*For a sweeter drink add another ¼ oz. to ½ oz. of syrup or shrub

BOOZY COCKTAIL

  • ½ oz. of Heirloom Bottling Co. syrup or shrub
  • 1½ oz. of gin, vodka, whisky, rum, bourbon, brandy, etc.
  • Ice
  • Mix well
  • Garnish with a lemon wedge, lime wheel, and/or herb bouquet

ELEGANT COCKTAIL

  • 4 oz. of dry or semi-dry sparkling wine (champagne, cava, prosecco)
  • ½ oz Heirloom Bottling Co. shrub or syrup
  • No garnish necessary!
